My care advocate contacted a few solicitor's firms with a view to launching an appeal against the decision and suggested I contact Moore Tibbits. Judy Timson said from the outset that the appeal could go either way, but having considered her advice, I decided to go ahead. Although it was a lengthy process Judy kept me up to date with what was going on and at each stage asked how I wanted to proceed. Ultimately the appeal was successful, so I am very happy with the service provided.
