Solicitor Mark Ferguson joins our Wills, Trust and Probate Team
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2005, Mark’s appointment further strengthens the already exceptional talent of the team and further increases the depth and breadth of expertise we offer to our clients.
Mark has built an impressive career helping clients protect what matters most to them and his expertise includes:
- Drafting Wills, both straightforward and more complex
- Advising business owners and high net worth individuals on estate planning
- Lifetime inheritance tax planning
- All aspects of administration of estates, intestate or with wills, including all HMRC inheritance tax forms, applying for a grant of probate, collecting in assets in the estates, estate accounts
- Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney | Property & Finance and Health & Welfare
- Trusts including Discretionary and Disabled Person’s Trusts.
Mark is known for his patience, attention to detail and his ability to explain complex legal matters in simple terms. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, combining professional expertise with genuine care.
