Claire is a Senior Solicitor in the Wills and Probate team at Moore & Tibbits.  Having qualified as a solicitor in 1999, Claire joined Moore & Tibbits in 2013 having previously been an equity partner at a firm in Solihull.  Claire is delighted to be working in Warwick where she has lived for over 20 years. 

Claire specialises in drafting Wills and Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administering estates, estate planning and more complex estates.

Claire provides a friendly, approachable and highly efficient service often advising clients in relation to:

• Providing for someone following their partner’s death, while protecting the interests of their children
• Ensuring elderly or vulnerable relatives are cared for and supported
• Estate and Inheritance Tax planning

Claire is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is the top qualification for a Wills, Trust and Probate solicitor.  Being STEP qualified provides reassurance to clients that we provide the highest level of knowledge and expertise.
