Elizabeth (Lizzy) is a Solicitor in the Court of Protection team, specialising in property and finance matters. Lizzy completed her law degree at The University of Law and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2025.

With a background in medical negligence cases at a previous firm, Lizzy is known for her sensitive and practical approach to matters.  

Within the Court of Protection team, Lizzy supports vulnerable individuals who lack capacity to manage their own property and financial affairs, ensuring their interests are protected and their assets are responsibly managed.

Lizzy assists in a wide range of matters including:

• Deputyship applications
• Statutory Wills
• Gifting applications
• Ongoing management of financial affairs under a Deputyship Order or Lasting Power of Attorney.

She collaborates closely with professional deputies, family members, carers and local authorities to deliver tailored legal solutions that support the individual’s best interests.

Outside of work, Lizzy enjoys spending time with family, friends and dog Teddy and travelling.
