Helen has over 15 years’ experience working at a senior level as a HR professional across a range of industries both strategically and operationally.  She spent a number of years working within the education management sector.

Helen leads the firm’s people strategy, ensuring that its talent, culture and workplace practices support both business objectives and exceptional client service.  She oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing and policy implementation.

Working closely with the firm’s Partners, Helen pays a key role in attracting, developing and retaining high-performing legal professionals and support staff.

Outside of work, Helen goes to the gym regularly and enjoys an active lifestyle.  She is an animal lover and is an avid reader.
