Kiran is a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team supporting the team in dealing with health and welfare applications.  She graduated from the University of Reading with an LLB Law degree in 2025 and joined Moore & Tibbits in July 2026.

Kiran previously worked at a continuing healthcare company which focuses on free NHS CHC funding which aligns well with our specialist CHC team and the work of the Court of Protection health and welfare team.  

In her role with Moore & Tibbits, Kiran provides support to solicitors on a wide range of  applications that are dealt with by the Court of Protection.  The team regularly acts on behalf of the Official Solicitor and works collaboratively with local authorities, NHS Trusts and ICBs  supporting vulnerable individuals and their families through the court process. 

Outside of work, Kiran enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
