Sophie joined Moore & Tibbits’ Wills and Probate team in April 2022 having previously worked for Davidson Mahon.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008, Sophie advises on all aspects of estate planning and succession matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administrations. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Sophie has developed a reputation for advising individuals and families with all issues related to trusts and lifetime planning in Warwickshire and beyond.
Sophie is particularly experienced in advising on trusts for vulnerable individuals and personal injury trusts to ring-fence awards of compensation. She has been responsible for creating and overseeing several multi-million pound settlements for clients. Her specialist expertise enables her to advise clients on trust creation both via wills and during a settlor’s lifetime which include:

- Interest in Possession Trusts

Sophie is a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers which means her wealth of experience and training helps to put older or vulnerable clients at ease when dealing with complex, life changing issues. Sophie is also proud to be a trained Dementia Friend for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Most of Sophie’s spare time is taken up with managing the social lives of her two children but when she does get a spare minute to herself enjoys tennis, running and Pilates.
