We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to property developers and landowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad commercial property caseload, including
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Creating and renewing business leases for both landlords and tenants
- Deeds of Grant
- Deeds of Variation
- Deeds of Assignment
- Overage Agreements
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
