With constant changes to laws, legislations and government guidance it can be difficult to ensure that you are getting the correct information. Many people previously relied on local information hubs but due to the impact of the pandemic and ongoing cuts – these services are sadly, not so easily accessible. To help fill this void, our Health & Community Care Team have worked together in the launch of our new FREE Telephone Legal Advice Clinic.

Members of our team will be available every Wednesday between 2pm – 4pm, offering telephone legal advice on:

• Management of Property & Finances
• Court of Protection Applications
• Deprivation of Liberty authorisations
• Care Fee Funding/ NHS continuing healthcare
• Mental Capacity
• Care Package Cuts
• Funding Withdrawal
