Congratulations Rosie | Licenced Conveyancer Final Exams
A huge congratulations to our Conveyancing Executive, Rosie Simms who has been busy working away on completing her Licenced Conveyancer Qualification during her time at Moore & Tibbits.
I am thrilled to have passed my final exam on the path to qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer. It’s been tough studying whilst working full time, but I have learnt a lot and am pleased to have reached this milestone. The qualification involves completing two diplomas (Levels 4 and 6) in combination with practical experience. Level 4 includes five units which are mostly written assessments with one accounting exam, and Level 6 is comprised of three units which are all exam based. I started my career in law eleven years ago and have been practicing conveyancing for eight of those, but this qualification is the eagerly awaited cherry on top. I am currently in the process of preparing my statement of practical experience in anticipation of applying for my first qualifying licence!
Rosie Simms | Conveyancing Executive
Rosie is a great asset to the Residential Conveyancing Team and supporting her on her journey to becoming a Qualified Licenced Conveyancer has been a pleasure! Well done Rosie.
