Moore & Tibbits Expands Specialist Court of Protection Team with Appointment of Sophy Parsons

Moore & Tibbits Solicitors is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophy Parsons as a Case Manager within its highly regarded Court of Protection team, further strengthening one of the largest and most experienced specialist teams in the region.

The Court of Protection team supports vulnerable clients, managing their property, financial affairs and welfare matters.  They advise on deputyships, statutory wills and complex disputes, regularly acting in cases involving best interests decisions for people who lack capacity and deprivation of liberty challenges.  

In her new role, Sophy Parsons will focus on Care Act 2014 work, supporting clients and their families with complex care and support needs, ensuring they receive the services and funding they are entitled to. Her background in social care and advocacy adds significant value to the team’s multi-disciplinary approach.

Moore & Tibbits’ Court of Protection team is recognised for its dedication to protecting the rights and wellbeing of individuals who lack capacity. The team also includes a Registered General Nurse who was previously a CHC assessor enabling Moore & Tibbits to provide clients with an exceptional legal, holistic and compassionate service.
