Ellie is a dedicated Paralegal in our Commercial Property team having completed her LLB Law at the University of Manchester.

With a strong focus on efficiency, attention to detail, and client care, Ellie supports the team in delivering high-quality legal services to a wide range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners.

Working closely with solicitors and partners, Ellie assists in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:

•    Drafting and reviewing leases and contracts
•    Carrying out title checks and property searches
•    Preparing documentation for sales, purchases, and lease agreements
•    Managing pre- and post-completion matters, including registrations with HM Land Registry

Ellie is known for her proactive approach and ability to keep transactions running smoothly, even under tight deadlines. With a background working in law firms since 2019, Ellie has a keen interest in commercial property law and she plays a key role in supporting clients through complex property matters.

Whether assisting on a multi-property portfolio or a single leasehold transaction, Ellie ensures each client receives clear, timely updates and practical legal support.

Outside of work, Ellie has recently run the London Marathon and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
