Senior Solicitor - Advocate and Mediator

Judith first qualified as a barrister and later cross qualified to solicitor – advocate status in 2011.  Judith has rights of audience in all civil courts in England and Wales, regularly representing clients in court.


Judith has a wealth of experience in civil and commercial litigation, for individuals and businesses. She has earned the reputation of being a tenacious lawyer who protects client’s interests as though they were her own. She handles a large variety of civil matters, including employment matters, contentious probate, commercial and residential property litigation and Insolvency matters.

Judith is a member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates), having qualified in advance trust disputes. She is also an accredited mediator, resolving disputes before they progress to court and is registered with the Civil Mediation Council (‘CMC’), International Mediation Institute (‘IMI’) as well as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (‘CIArb’). 

Judith is a compassionate, responsive lawyer, who keeps her clients fully informed and always responds to questions in a timely manner. Judith prides herself on being a straight-talking lawyer, who will provide her clients with a direct, no-nonsense opinion on their cases, whilst being entirely transparent on costs.

When you work with Judith, you can rest assured that she will personally handle every aspect of your case, and oversee the work of her team, who may from time to time assist her. Judith maintains an open line of communication with her clients and ensures she is personally available to her clients throughout the duration of their cases.

In her spare time, Judith enjoys long walks, playing squash and painting pop-art.
