Lottie joined Moore & Tibbits in 2016 as our Marketing Assistant, supporting Marketing Co-ordinator Esme Hill in our Marketing Team.

Lottie’s main focus is developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the services offered by Moore & Tibbits. She also manages and updates all of our social media accounts, helping to build our online presence both locally and nationally. Another significant part of her role is helping with content creation, carrying out keyword research and market research to help ensure that our campaigns and promotions reach the right target audience. 

Previously, Lottie has worked for both events and marketing companies with national and international clients. Helping to plan, organise and promote large scale events as well as setting out and implementing short and long terms social media and marketing campaigns; Lottie is passionate about helping businesses reach their goals.  

Outside of work, Lottie loves to spend time with her two young boys and spends most of her weekend stood on the side of a Rugby pitch!
