Molly is a Paralegal in our Commercial Property department, supporting the team on a wide range of real estate transactions. 

Molly completed her First Class LLB Law (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University in 2025, joining Moore & Tibbits in October 2025.  She assists the team with various transactions including:

• Purchasing or selling commercial properties (small and large portfolios)
• Landlord and tenant matters including drafting and reviewing leases and contracts
• Carrying out title checks and property searches

Outside of work, Molly loves the sunshine and enjoys playing tennis and padel, as well as taking her dogs- Ron, Reg, and Til- for walks!
