Monika works alongside Tim Ollerenshaw in our respected Commercial team. 

Monika gained a Master’s Degree in Law from Charles University in Prague and previously worked as a paralegal in her native Czech Republic.  Her experience in the Czech Republic included dealing with insolvency cases and debt recovery.  She also attended a number of court hearings as the legal representative for the clients.

Monika has also had a book published in the Czech Republic (Presidential System of the United States of America).

Monika is an accredited ACILEx Paralegal and is currently studying for CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.
