Sharon joined Moore & Tibbits’ Wills, Trust and Probate team in April 2022 having previously worked with Davidson Mahon Solicitors.  

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2005, Sharon has a wealth of experience advising clients in relation to later life planning including:

• Wills including Life Interest Trust Wills
• Setting up and administering Trusts to ensure your assets are protected and your family are looked after – including Discretionary and Disabled Person’s Trusts
• Deeds of Variation, Gifts, Appointment & Retirement
• Grant applications
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney to appoint someone to take care of your decisions if you lose capacity in the future.
• Estate administration.

Sharon takes the time to understand her client’s needs and background in order to provide appropriate and practical advice.  Exceptional client service and high-quality advice is everything and Sharon’s commitment to this is shown by being a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  This is the top qualification for a Wills, Trust and Probate solicitor and provides reassurance to clients that we provide the highest level of knowledge and expertise.

Sharon also has expertise in the specialist area of Will, Contentious Probate and intestacy disputes, working in conjunction with our Dispute Resolution team.  Sharon is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).  She is also a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator and is a strong believer and advocate in mediating Contentious Probate Dispute at the earliest opportunity.  Sharon encourages parties to settle where possible and appropriately, to avoid costly and emotionally draining court action

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys walking and is developing an interest in wildlife photography.
